How do we categorize our members?

How we classify players has changed since the summer. Here's how we define our different player categories referred in the schedule below.

LevelHow to attain?
BeginnerBy completing a clinic (or have enough pickleball experience).
Ladder Level 1After getting evaluated by a one or two of our coaches. If progress of a player is rapid, a club representative may approach a player directly but players can also request an evaluation if they feel they are ready. All current members of the beginner ladder are now referred to as level 1.
Ladder Level 2By achieving a ranking between 2.5 and 3.0. All current members of the intermediate ladder are now referred to as level 2.
Ladder Level 3By achieving a ranking of 3.0 or greater. All current members of the advanced ladder are now referred to as level 3.

November & December 2024 Schedule

Please note the drop-in rate will be $5 a session for the remainder of the year. Membership packages come into effect in January 2025.

For the month of December 2024, there will be no drop-in fees for members who have paid for their package in full.

Go to the Pickleball Restigouche Club network page on GPN to create your account and join our network to participate in these sessions. Unless advised otherwise, indicate a 2.0 rating for singles and doubles playing level when creating your account.

Once your account is created and you are logged in you can find all the events on the our network's events page you can confirm your presence at any event you qualify for seven days in advance.

Please note that this is a work in progress as this is our first attempt at creating a schedule for the new club. It will certainly be tweaked and revised based on your feedback before it comes into effect in January 2025.
